Motorola Dext released in Singapore

January 25, 2010 Leave a comment Go to comments

Well it took some time but the Motorola Dext has finally reached our sunny shores, oddly without any trace of the Motorola Milestone yet.

I foresee that this phone will be able to attract the younger crowd seeking to stand out from the Blackberries and Apple iPhones. The physical qwerty keyboard also helps to give the phone a Sidekick feel.

Well I would have bought this phone if I have cash to spare and if I did not bear any hopes for Milestone. But it’s not top secret that the Milestone is set to be released sometime in March by Starhub. And I am also waiting for the fabled Nexus 2 that comes with a physical keyboard.

Well back on track, for those like me who love to read exhaustive reviews before putting money down on the line, here’s a neat little collection of all the reviews on Motorola Dext to help you make the switch:

Lester Chan MotoDext Review

Tech Goondu on Moto Dext

Engadget on Moto Cliq (also known as Dext)

If you have any write-ups on the Dext, please let me know so I can link you up. And if Motorola is looking for bloggers to write on their products, I will be more than happy to comply. 😀

Does this phone has auto detect for bluetooth car speaker or like Samsung phone where you need to key “allow connection” every time you get into the car.
